Grivaki Despoina was born and raised in Heraklion, Crete. She began her study program in England in October 1998 and completed it in September 2002. In June 2001, she was awarded a Bachelor of Science with a specialization in English Education and Foreign Language Studies, English Literature. He is currently attending a master's program in psychology (MSc in Psychology).

Katerina was born and grew up in Heraklion, Crete. Learning English has attracted her from an early age and teaching itself particularly appealed to her. She is a Literature graduate and an English teaching license holder. She has attended several educational seminars. She has been trained in the diagnosis of the Learning Profile and in studying organisation skills , self-esteem and emotional learning. Empathy and the personal interest for every student are the qualities of a modern teacher. “Do not train children to learn by force or harshness; but direct them to it by what amuses their minds, so that you may be better able to discover with accuracy the peculiar bent of the genius of each”. – Plato

Ioanna Okundigie was born and grew up in Athens originating from Benin,Nigeria. She started studying Informatics in Athens. From 2011 to 2014, she specialized in being an informatics technician, having the English language as her mother tongue. Later on, she became interested in teaching English and completed the DipTESOL programme so as to be able to teach English. She loves children and working with them very much. “Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire. William butler.”

Maria was born and grew up in Heraklion, Crete. She studied Tourist Business and she worked in this field from 2002 to 2018. In 2005, she acquired the Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Michigan and decided to teach English, studying to do so. She has been teaching English professionally since 2018 as the magic of teaching foreign languages along with the love for children won her heart. She believes that with patience and perseverance children learn everything. The object of teaching a child is to enable him to get along without his teacher. ~ Elbert Hubbard

I have lived both in Greece and in the United States. My great-grandfather arrived in the United States in 1904. Thus, I am fourth-generation Greek American. I studied Bachelor in Arts (Public Relations) in Concordia University Montreal Canada. I also studied in McGill University (Montreal Canada) major teaching English. I have also studied and graduated from a postgraduate degree in Travel-Tourism (Washington USA). I have taught English for more than 20 years. I have also worked as an oral examiner for the Edexcel Oral Exam.

Kallia holds a BSc in Business from the American College of Greece and an MSc in Business from the University of Essex, UK. With over 20 years of experience in teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL), she brings extensive knowledge, dedication, and a genuine passion for education to the classroom. She firmly believes that learning foreign languages is much more than acquiring a new skill; it is a lifelong journey that fosters personal growth, professional development, and meaningful connections across cultures. Inspired by Frank Smith’s words, “One language sets you in a corridor for life. Two languages open every door along the way,” Kallia is committed to helping her students discover the endless opportunities that language learning can offer. For her, English is not simply a subject to be taught, but a powerful tool for communication, cultural awareness, confidence, and personal empowerment. Through her teaching, she strives to inspire students to broaden their horizons, embrace new perspectives, and thrive in an increasingly interconnected world.
