Ioanna was born in Heraklion, Crete. After High school, she went to Italy to study where she attended the Physics Department in the university of L’Aquila. Afterwards, she acquired the degree of Italian Language and Literature from the university of Perugia. The period of time she stayed in Italy was enough to love the language and the culture of the country. All this love led her to study at the Kapodestrian University of Athens in the department of Italian Language and Literature when she returned to Greece. She has taught in foreign language centres for many years both in group and individual courses. She has been an oral examiner in Palso exams and undertakes the preparation of Greek students to be admitted to universities in Italy. The education of even a small child doesn’t aim at preparing him for school but for life.
