Kleopatra was born in Athens and she grew up in Volos. She has graduated from the Turkish Language and Literature from the department of Language Literature and Civilisation of overseas Countries in the Demokritio University of Thrace. She continued her studies at the University TOMER in Ankara staying in Turkey for one year. She holds a Masters degree entitled Translation and Literature of the Turkish Language from the department of Balkan, Slavic and Eastern studies from the university of Macedonia.

Η Εβίτα σπούδασε Ιστορία στο Πανεπιστήμιο Κρήτης στο Ρέθυμνο και πραγματοποίησε μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στην Τουρκολογία στο ίδιο πανεπιστήμιο, σε συνεργασία με το Ινστιτούτο Μεσογειακών Σπουδών/ΙΤΕ. Το 2025 έλαβε το διδακτορικό της στην Οθωμανική Ιστορία. Έχει ζήσει επί σειρά ετών στην Κωνσταντινούπολη, στο πλαίσιο των σπουδών της στο İstanbul Şehir Üniversitesi και το Boğaziçi Üniversitesi, και ως ερευνήτρια στο Koç Üniversitesi Anadolu Medeniyetleri Araştırma Merkezi. Επιπλέον, έχει λάβει πιστοποίηση επάρκειας της τουρκικής γλώσσας C2 από το Ίδρυμα Μελετών Χερσονήσου του Αίμου (ΙΜΧΑ).
